We provide hot water tank replacements and installations for residential and commercial buildings. We recommend replacing your hot water tank as soon as the warranty has expired - they can sometimes last longer that, but their energy-efficiency will start to degrade and you are risking a flood in your home.

Often purring away away unnoticed in the cellar or basement, it’s all too easy for a furnace to be neglected. If you're looking for a fireplace or furnace repair near you, call us any time!
If you're considering having a new heat pump installed, you might be wondering if this is the right option for your home. Some of the factors to consider should include functionality, price and the long term cost savings.
In contrast to other types of heating and cooling systems, a heat pump warms up or cools down space by transferring heat over a hot radiator and into your home, rather than burning fuel. Heat Pumps use electricity and a modern refrigerant to move heat from one location to another. The science behind their design, allows for the direction the heat moves within the heat pump to be reversed, which transfers the heat out of your home instead. Additionally, the air is dehumidified and the humidity in your home is reduced.
Switching from fossil fuel heating to an energy efficient, cost saving Heat Pump will reduce your environmental footprint and give you the added comfort of air conditioning during the summer.
A Central Heat Pump has an outdoor unit connected to an indoor air handler and uses existing household ducts to move warm or cool air throughout the home.
Mini-Split Ductless Heat Pump: A Ductless Heat Pump does not require any ducting. The Ductless system has an outdoor unit connected to each indoor unit by small copper tubes and a wire. Indoor units are strategically placed to meet the home's heating and cooling needs.
Ducted Mini-Split Heat Pumps work in the same way as Ductless except that they will also feature a hidden head (usually in the attic) with easily installed ducting running to vents in two or more rooms.
A Heat Pump can be added in-line with your existing high efficiency gas furnace to add the benefit of Air Conditioning during the Summer months. The Heat Pump will also work to save on gas costs during low demand heat conditions.
If you're in need of a new heating and cooling system for your home, and your space is not equipped with central air, consider an energy efficient ductless mini-split system to keep you comfortable all year round. We can help you choose the right make and model for your home, your climate and your budget and our parts and workmanship are guaranteed for your peace of mind.
There are two primary components to a ductless mini-split: the outdoor unit and the indoor unit. To provide heat, the outdoor unit extracts heat from the air outside of your home, even at freezing temperatures, and transfers it to refrigerant – the refrigerant is then compressed, which increases the temperature significantly; the refrigerant is then pumped to the indoor unit where a fan passes air over the hot refrigerant and into your home. To provide cooling the process is simply reversed. This transfers heat out of your home, and returns cool air to the inside.
Homes that require extra heating or cooling in workshops, garages or room additions can also benefit from a Ductless mini-split. You can use ductless HVAC to cool one room or your entire house by connecting one outdoor unit to multiple indoor units. Whole-house cooling is made possible by connecting one outdoor unit to multiple indoor units. Our expert technicians will go over your floor plan, and give you the options to ensure the best fit for your home and energy needs.
